I made it to Week 3. This week is SO much harder than I expected.  In this week, you do two 3 minute runs.  I thought I was going to die.  My shins & side hurt.  I think I even had tears in my eyes!  But, I did it and survived with hardly any pain (lets see how tomorrow goes).  I REALLY need to not skip 2 days between these workouts!
